The Centre of Excellence - Winter Session

The newest instalment of the NFSC - NIAGARA FC Centre of Excellence is here!

 

In this session, you will run through skills, drills, games, conditioning, and more by Program Lead Jessica Danku, and Program Assistant Emily Fernando. This program will run for 14 weeks as part 1 of a 3-part program to run throughout the year. This program aims to sharpen the region's top talent for NIAGARA FC OPDL trails in September.
