Welcome to the Niagara Falls Soccer Club 2023/24 TITANS NSL Open Sessions Participation Form

This participation form will provide our NFSC Coaches/Tech and staff with necessary information as to who will be attending the OPEN SESSIONS/TRIALS for the 2023/24 NSL season TITANS Teams!

 

This will also allow us to gather contact information to provide Coaches with proper contacts if any changes need to occur with any Open Session/Trial times/dates/cancellations.

 

All sections of the form must be submitted prior to attending any team Open Sessions or Trials.

 

Up to a minimum of 3 Trials/Open Sessions will be held, and dates and times will be posted on our website in addition to being emailed out through this registration mailing list.  Please ensure that your Sports Engine profile has been updated to opt-in for notifications/communication!

IMPORTANT INFORMATION - PLEASE READ

  • Players must be registered for Trials.  No walk-ons will be permitted.  
  • Players are asked to wear a White Jersey or t-shirt and must come prepared, wearing appropriate footwear, clothing, as well as shin guards to all sessions.
  • Players must bring their own properly inflated ball.
  • No Jewelry will be allowed to be worn on the field at any time.
  • If you are attending NFSC Open Sessions/Trials and you were registered previously in another Country please ensure that you will need to have the proper documentation necessary to attend Trials.  If you are unsure about what is required, please contact our office. 
  • All players will be required to check in if they are present, or with the Coach prior to entering the field at the entrance.
